How Much Is Shipping?
For all orders, shipping and handling is a Flat Rate of $4.95 for all orders under $35 and completely FREE for all orders over $35!
How Long Until I Receive My Order?
We have limited supplies left. All of our apparel is made-to-order and crafted with love, so your order will go into production only after your order is placed.
Therefore, you can expect your order to be shipped within 3-5 business days from our USA warehouse via USPS. For International orders, please allow up to 20 business days for delivery once shipped.
Are Your Clothes Made-To-Order?
They are! Our apparel is custom-made and we do not keep very much inventory on hand since it is cost prohibitive. Orders go into production after the order is placed. Since we will be closing shop very soon, we have limited supplies left.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We absolutely do! For International orders, please allow up to 20 business days for delivery once shipped. Currencies on our website are displayed in your local currency, and are automatically converted to USD at checkout based on the most recent exchange rate available.
Where Is My Order Confirmation?
We send order confirmations to all of our customers. If you did not receive one after placing your order, be sure to check your 'SPAM' or 'Junk Mail' folder. If there's still no confirmation email, reach out to us via our Contact Us form and we'll gladly send you a digital receipt / proof of purchase!
Why Did Only Part Of My Order Arrive?
We know you don't want to wait long for your items to arrive, so to bring you the fastest shipping times possible, our team splits work among multiple warehouses across the USA to speed up production! Your order may arrive in multiple packages and/or on different days.
Do You Offer Returns & Exchanges?
Yes! We know that it can be difficult to experience a product without seeing it in person or trying it on. If you're uncomfortable for any reason with your purchase from Faith & Light, we offer totally free-of-charge returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. You can view our full policy here.
Can I Replace A Damaged/Incorrect Order?
We will replace your order free of charge if it is damaged or defective. If this situation occurs, please use the Contact Us form on our website.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes, if for whatever reason you wish to cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours and we will cancel your order and issue a refund. We cannot cancel an order if it's been more than 24 hours since you placed your order, but you will still be eligible for a free return or exchange!
